All sorts of dreams

Did you know there are two types of dreams?

1. observer dreams: you are a 3rd party watching the action

2. participant dreams: you are “in” the action

Observer dreams may be your brains way of trying to communicate a message with you.

Participant dreams are different. It is possible to become “aware” that you are inside a dream, and from there realize that you can do anything your imagination can conjure. That awareness is called “lucid dreaming.”

I remember having these dreams as a child, where a I would notice a detail wasn’t correct, and from there would reason that I must be in a dream.

Some people claim to be able to have lucid dreams every night, and it very much a key to the happiness in their lives.

This is something I need to look at a little closer when I have more time…
