The Kellogg’s boycott has made its way in to the New York Times!!

Currently 5670 people have signed the online petition.

Here’s what Kellogg’s has to say in their defense…

From Kellogg’s media office, there was no immediate reply to a request for an assessment of the boycott campaign. A Kellogg spokeswoman, Kris Charles, said by e-mail, ”Our contract with Michael Phelps was set to expire at the end of February and we made a business decision not to extend that contract.”

And 5670 people have made business decisions to not extend their funds to your business…

It’s sad that Michael Phelps has been thrown in to the spotlight for this,

And that some one profited for selling the photos, but what is especially sad is that Michael Phelps would have been “better off” (legally speaking) if he had denied ever smoking, that the person in those pictures was not him.

And so far (allegedly) 8 people have been arrested in connection to the house party where the pictures were taken. – LA Times

We have a chance to really make some changes.. so don’t back down – and keep telling people why they should be boycotting Kellogg’s as well. It has to start some where! How did alcohol prohibition get repealed?? Enough people got fed-up, and decided they would do whatever it took to get what they wanted.
